How long does a typical job take?

A standard double driveway is two to three hours. A full house render wash on a single storey runs half a day, double storey closer to a full day. We give you a time window with the quote and tell you if it changes.

Do I need to be home?

No. We need access to the area and that is it. We bring our own water tank and generator, so you do not have to leave a tap or power point on for us. Most of our jobs happen while the owner is at work.

Is pressure washing safe for every surface?

It is not, which is why we do not use high pressure on everything. Roofs, painted render and older timber get a low-pressure soft wash with a detergent that does the work instead. Concrete, pavers and brick can take the full 4,000 PSI.

Will it kill my plants?

We use biodegradable detergents and wet down garden beds before and after so nothing sits on the leaves. In eleven years we have not lost a customer a plant, and if we did we would replace it.

How soon can you come out?

Usually within the week. Spring and the run-up to Christmas are our busiest stretches and can push that to two or three weeks, so book ahead if you have a date in mind.
